The price is based on the number of beds used, the number of nights and the period.

So for your party and number of nights, the total is : XXX euros.
All beds are for 1 or 2 persons :
1 bed of 1,80m large
1 bed of 1,60m large
1 sofa bed of 1,40m large
Please note what is included :
linen for all beds, 2 bath towels per person, the necessary to make your
breakfast (excluding bread) : coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, sugar, jam, juices,
butter..., the necessary ingredient for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar), all
charges (electricity, water, heater), toilet paper, dustbin bags and dish washer powder.
This price does not include the final cleaning :
or you do it yourself (*) or we charge an extra 40 euros.
(*) Please refer here to know what we are asking for if you want to do your cleaning on your own.
To confirm your booking we'll request a 30% down payment. (XXX euros)
If you are interested please send us an acceptance email and we'll send you back the bank account details in order for you to do your bank wire.
The balance is payable upon arrival
and we will ask you for a security deposit of 200 euros.
This security
deposit covers eventual damages, break of materials or crockery.
The security
deposit will be returned to you on departure.
